Chris has twice as many $1.00 bills as pennies. He has twice as many dimes as he has $10.00 bills. He has twice as many pennies as he has dimes.
How much money does Chris have??

o = ones ---> 8
p = pennies ---> 4
d = dimes ---> 2
t = tens ---> 1

o = 2p
d = 2t
p = 2d

====
the smallest answer consistent with what you have written is $18.24.
but chris could have any multiple of that amount. like $182.40 or $36.48, etc.
====
so i would answer "some multiple of $18.24"
