(PHPI) A United receives approval of final prospectus United Industrial Services Ltd UIS Shares issued 62,237,710 Sep 10 close $0.43 Mon 13 Sept 99 News Release Mr. Jim Norrie reports The company has received receipts for the corporation's final prospectus from the securities commissions in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta. The final prospectus qualifies the distribution of 7.5 million common shares and 3.75 million warrants, issuable upon the exercise of 7.5 million special warrants. The company, as a result of the superior conductivity tests announced in Stockwatch Aug. 16, 1999, is currently selling all the frac sand it can produce at the Peace River plant.
