This is one that I'm not familiar with. However, I can tell you there are lots of similar deals in the works with other online gaming concerns. Apparently the trend for 2000 with respect to casino & sportsbook franchises is to IPO ASAP. Some current examples from the speculation mill include The Mayan Casino & Sportsbook, Casino-Atlantis, and a slew of others. While these web sites are progressing in revenues they lack sufficient capitalization to be attractive to public investors at such an early stage. When IPO's fall short, investors get fleeced.
