If you go back a couple of weeks on this thread you will see posts from gpg (that's me) encouraging people to look at AMPD. Over on RB I started the thread on AMPD in June at about 2 1/4. Here is that post:

Price presently at 2 3/16..AMPD trades Nasdaq
.
Here is some info...profile, add'l releases and SEC filings avail at Yahoo. I like this
situation because of the orders already placed and due to ship and the prototype release on
5/3...plus we have the internet wireless access division on 5/20. This sector is very much in
favor now and I believe AMPD will be able to capitalize on the monies spent in their
sector of the communications niche going forward. Some of that is already demonstrated
in the press releases. Also note the company has enough bucks for the time being due to a
placement done in March which was done BEFORE the run up to 4.50 in April. Shares
outstanding now 5.67m. There is considerable TLCF here, one legal dating back to 1997,
no pref, and SE as of last 10-q was $2m. Backlog and open orders at year end 1998
totalled $7m. This stock tends to move on slight pressure either way...closed Fri 6/18 was
2 3/16, was at 3 3/16 10 trading days ago, 52wh 4.56 back in April.

Ist qtr rev was $655k vs $321k and 1st qtr loss was ($299k) vs ($426k). The company's
10-k gives an excellent overview of the wireless sector and their strategy and products for
that sector. Makes good reading even if you are not interested in this stock. Wireless is
here and it is only going to get bigger and bigger. I keep a separate list of wireless
companies and most of them seem to be doing very well...with some of the activity
explosive. I hope to talk to the company this week and see how things are going...I think
there is considerable potential here.

Do your own due diligince here.

I have been getting numerous inquiries from the AMPD threads asking me if I have any more AMPD 'like' stocks. I probably do. Those inquiring emails are also coming from the NOIZ threads (both SI and RB...I began the RB thread this am when move was underway...took 2hrs for them to put it up) and on SI I began posting again on NOIZ a couple of weeks ago...it was the first post on the thread in about 4 months.

I have been watching NOIZ for years now and vowed not to step back in until I saw
real growth...it is evident to me now that the ceo is focused on growing revenue and net
inc...I think it's time to take a good look at NOIZ again. They seem to be on a faster
track...finally.
Trading at 1 5/16 by 1 7/16 on nasdaq.
gpg

NOIZ went from 1 9/16 today at open to top tick for day of 5 3/4 and close at 3 15/16 on 5.7m shares...about 1.5x outstanding shares. At top tick today it was up about 300% for the day and at close was up 2 7/16 for the day.

I also follow and post on WGNR on both boards and that stock went from 1 5/8 at open to top tick of 4.00 today on very heavy vol.

So folks see my monikker on all these stock that erupted last few days and want to see more stocks. Here is where they come from...copied from another post I made on NOIZ thread:

'As I indicated elsewhere I have literally 300 or so companies...all under 5.00, all reporting,
and all in various stages of development. I have been researching micros for years and years
and know my own stock universe very well. All the stocks people have been writing me about
are drawn from that universe. At any given time I have about 50 or so that are 'ready', and that
list changes each month as developments occur. Same w/the macro universe...I add and
delete from that base of 300 or so each month based on how the companies are doing.'

To save everybody some time if you wish to join an email list (I will only send out an email in specific situations, not enough to clog your box...I believe less is more) just send a request to:

gpgp@flash.net

In doing so you will be added to an email alert list I am working on and there is also an internet site where I and an associate will be profiling AMPD, NOIZ,WGNR,DVUI 'like' stocks <GGG>...
selectmicros.com

So that is it and I hope it answers some questions out there..there will eventually be more info at the site and in email...we are just barebones right now.
