They got the amended SEC filing in today. It has some good proforma info on it showing what the balance sheet would look like after these recent transactions.

Still think that we'll be able to snap up all the shares we want for under C$.35 as long as everyone is patient and only buys in one at a time.

At this point I would venture to say we'll be trading US by Thanksgiving.
