Did HYSQ just ride the Affy wave today? To me it is not completely obvious why an Affy court victory would cause an increase in HYSQ. In fact, though the patent litigation HYSQ is involved with against Affx relates to different technologies, I would have thought that any developments which strengthened Affx position in the market would have caused a Hyseq drop. Am I missing something? John
