I haven't followed the HYSQ lawsuit... although I suppose that it could be bullish for them if the market is just thinking that patents in this area are holding up in general... or that HYSQ's should because it is in fact similar to AFFX's or what. This is total speculation on my part. Haven't looked at their complaints with AFFX. Just enjoying the ride with the "smidge" I have. DAK
