To all: There is an article in The Charlotte Observer today about Alydaar. It says that they have made a filing with the SEC. I couldn't get the filing off EDGAR yet but will keep trying. All I could get is the headline from the Observer web site so here it is: Software firm's future bright, but losses dominate SEC filing Alydaar Software Corp. lost $4.6 million last year on just $188,000 in revenues as it added staff and expanded its offices to handle millions of dollars in contracts solving year 2000-related computer problems for large companies. I will try to find a copy of the Observer around the office today and post more details from it. Rich
