Questions?
Would a company announce a buyout before options expire on Fri? Why? or Why not?

When a buyout comes, would it be best to sell the whole position?
Would there be any benefit to selling 3/4 or so of the stock and keep the balance for the longer term? example ....1000 shares owned...sell 750 shares and keep 250 for the long term.
