Hi Richard, I've heard that the company requested an SEC extension and that the earnings release should be today. I have not called the company to verify this. I tried to buy more shares at $3.75 yesterday but my order didn't fill. I think I will try again this morning. The key is Quarter 2 and I think this may be a good time to average down!
