Hi Satch,

It's good to hear from you too. It feels good to be
in the black again on HYBR. It doesn't make up for
the opportunity cost, but things could have played
out much worse so I'm grateful for the recovery
and potential. I agree with your target, a buyout
by year end should be a lay-up.
