Incyte acquired Synteni, a gene chip firm. That may be where the conflict arises. The Synteni chip doesn't appear to be a major portion of Incyte's business, so this may be a dramatic overreaction. Since I have both AFFX and INCY I just wish they would quit spending my funds on suing one another, dammit....
