Eric,

Can I suggest a topic for discussion?

I would find it very valuable if a specific trading situation were analyzed and commented. Preferably the analysis of a recent specific example of a stock price movement.

The price action of MU on the 8th of this month is troubling to me because I can't find anything in the price action before that date to indicate the potential for what happened. Can anyone look at this and see if there is some lesson that can be learned by this large turnaround that, to me, seemed not to be warranted.

I traded MU early in the morning of the 8th and made a half a point. I then re-entered MU with a two point trailing stop. I had to leave for a couple of hours and when I returned I found my stop had been taken and the price had continued to drop a total of about 6 points.

Could this have been simply a 'sell on the news' move or did I miss something.

Thanks,
EFM
