Hi David, you mentioned the preferred tax rate before April 1st in previous
post. Could you post more details here?

BTW I don't want to depress CHNA and CHRB 's shareholers. I just don't
like their way of doing business. Diluting shares by more than 200% in
one month is really awful to me. But anyway, it is good that I learned a lesson
here. I will be more careful next time before buying anything looking too good.
