sorry SF - i meant to ask about TWE, not NTRO - i was reading about NTRO on another page and typed it in by mistake - how about TWE, this was one the thread was looking at around 24 and we were going to tuck it away, etc. - now with it at 13, and hopefully the power outage problem behind it, how does the technical analysis look - where does it have to get to to be a buy again?
