I'm not an industry insider nor do I have any contacts at Budget, so it's hard for me to be positive enough about Budget to say to anyone who already has a position, to think about adding more. Also, for me, I can't get to the truth beyond the obvious that BD needs to have some positive earnings. I just do not know whether they have a management credibility problem on Wall Street or whether the debt -which is very large and apparently growing - is like a noose around their necks. Or their strategy - trucks and cars - is wrong somehow (but other companies are profitable, why not BD?).
