You are right, and it seems like conditions for an extended rally are materializing at just the right time. New products, seasonal demand, pent up momentum the result of multiple attempts to penetrate $30, excellent valuation, impending release of new platforms, increased exposure to investors, technical strength beginning to solidify.
If Tuesday is a blowout accompanied by big volume, I will do two things. First, I will buy as much THQI as I can, and second I will renew my subscription to IBD, to ensure I get a daily look at the fun, while continuing to learn as much as I can about investing.
Go THQI, go!!!
Regards, JB
P.S. Is it stil fashionable to mention Rugrats on the thread, I've been gone a while?
P.S.S. Hope this is not too late on the thought of stock buy-backs. If THQI has issued a lot of new shares as part of employee stock options, then based on the dilutive effect this has on earnings, coupled with the relatively "cheap" price of the stock (based on PE), a buyback program might assist in terms of raising the price by increasing demand, negating the dilutive effect of issued options, and if the stock price is inevitably going higher regardless, it wouldn't be a bad way for the company to make a better return on their money rather than just letting it sit in the bank. |
