Ted, I don't suppose you know exactly what is meant to be in the form. I was thinking of audited financial statements, which I didn't find. [did you?] I'm looking at the RTF download version - maybe they missed a bit? (like a balance sheet!) to quote:- "The following discussion of our financial condition and results of operation should be read together with the financial statements and related notes included in another part of this registration statement" but the 'other part' wasn't there? (maybe it is on the paper version?) or is it just general background? confused... Crispin
