SOME OF WHAT I CAN REMEMBER..........Please don't quote....I think the actual transcripts are available from CNBC's website.

Haines asked Bains to clarify who their intended customers were. Bains said that the ISP's were the intended customers.

Faber mentioned that there was concern if this technology was really new. Then he asked if the Beta testing of this technology(and he mentioned the 50 mile range) had actually taken place.
Bains said yes, using repeater technology, they had reached the 50 mile range

Someone asked if equipment was ready for sale(I think it was Haines) and Bains said yes, 60 -90 days. ?????????

The other guy( guest host, I think ) asked about the buyout deal that fell through 8 months ago with a price of 7 mil and why he(Bains ) felt that his co. now was worth 50 mil. Bains said that the breakup of the deal was a mutual decision and the new technology was why he felt his co. was now undervalued.

Sorry for the sketchy info, I'm not to good at putting these things into words. But that is the jist of it, at least in my recollection.

BTY!
