Kim, i know about it...funny enough, it was Armstrong who complained the loudest about the CSFB investigation. now it is obvious why: he engaged in the very same practices and feared the Tokyo regulators were about to step on PEI's toes as well.
their toes are now being stepped upon and we are getting to see the tip of the iceberg here imo.
expect this scandal to make bigger and bigger waves as time goes on. Japanese banks alone have derivatives with a notional value of about 4 1/2 times Japans GDP on their books.
