Jeff, there is no future in the SEC getting involved with this stock. Don't go there.......Believe me that I understand when you say you are disgusted with this stock. This has been 1 1/2 years of investment hell. Okay, there has been some fun too! The main point here is that we are closer than we have ever been to seeing some success with this company and this stock. The company has its funding, so surviving until LL comes in is assured. That was a major step. There is much solid reason to believe that Lifetime Learning is going to work out. Alyce's analyses of the LL deal have validity in my opinion. I probably wouldn't claim a 40 PE in public, but it is easy for people to apply a reasonable PE to the numbers......BTW, how's the weather down there and why do you take 1/3 (or 2/3's?) of the water out of your pool?
