Benny, Reading about how acquiring and implementing EBPP technology costs money rather than saves money reminded me of similar articles written years ago related to the costs associated with moving accounting, inventories and other business transactions onto computers. Does anyone today doubt that computers have made these processes more efficient and cost effective? You always have to invest money in something to make money. I doubt that there are many transitions with as much potential for long term returns as EBPP. Bruce
