Hi Tom,
It's most certainly the Kiss of death.
I've got some shares in my sock drawer now. I thought they were going somewhere several months back, but the management just continues to flounder. I'm not willing to invest more or "average down" in this one because it just gets weaker even after the release of seemingly good news. The reverse split was the final nail in the coffin as far as I'm concerned.

However,
If you feel differently, please feel free to elaborate on your findings. I would appreciate it.
