Bob, New press release out this morning. I'm in the same position, that it would make little sense to sell at this time. Personally, though they may be fighting to get back company cash and regain control in Mexico, it looks like the court is on the investors side and that things are on the right track. Actually, from an investment view, had I loaded up when it was at 25 cents it would have been a double within days. Seeing the trend, the new people involved, the courts considerations, etc I am now going to average way down while it's still at 35 cents or so. Jim J
