Mr. Broady, You may be absolutely correct on most if not all of your points. The problem has been and continues to be that the "moving target" approach does not instill confidence that Jeffrey has a good handle on how to complete anything. I don't doubt that he wants to succeed. Who doesn't want to succeed. But he needs to choose a target and go after it until we get an answer as to the viability of success or failure.

He is playing with OUR money, not his own. If he wants to be a loose cannon entrepreneur on his OWN money, God bless him and good luck. If he creates a publicly traded company based on very specifically outlined opportunities in garnet and gold, he has asked people to invest assuming that is his focus. Once he starts to wander off in a half dozen different directions he needs to further explain why we don't have final resolution on the garnet or gold, either in the form of a presidents letter, or news release OR at least explain the strategy he is employing so that investors can come to their own decision if they are comfortable with new directions and associated risks.

In my own research I found that there has indeed been gold mined in the area of the Isaacs Harbor site for many many years. So based on that, I felt it was a reasonable risk to bet on a new company going after an abandoned mine which was not explored to depths other producing mines in the area were successfully recovering gold. That's a reasonable risk. But I would have never in a million years assumed that this investment would turn to gas, to lime to spring water.

Also, to have the president of the company announce that a deal is in the works for water which will create a value per share of $1 to $2 without announcing a specific "deal" with any party, it borders on hype. Either he is in negotiation with a company and it cannot be announced yet OR it is a done deal which should be officially announced in the form of a press release. This half way news doesn't sit well with me.

Again, I hope you are correct on all counts. I just wish communications to shareholders were more clear, more regular and more legally binding, as in a press release.

Tom F.
