Of course the Kansas State school board has the right to not teach evolution.

The seperation of church and state war should not apply to public schools. Public school should be controlled and adminstered at the local level, as are not a statutroy tool of the state anyway, even though they are often used that way.

Of course, I'm speaking in terms of a true republic here, instead of a social democracy. But, the best way to return to a republic is via the same way we ended up a social democracy, educating our children.

In other words, the public schools should be treated in the same way as the private schools. Federally homogenized public education is wrong, inappropriate, and unconstitutional.
