Hi O'Brien, The company hasn't filed any 10q's because of cash flow. Cost is between $30,000 to $50,000 a year. They continue to do in-house quarterly's and I believe they have their annual's audited. Another reason is they have been looking for a merger partner and felt it would be best to wait until that time. The company was losing money until 1998. Rich is committed to releasing quarterly earnings. You can find that info at website. Company's fiscal year ends in Sept 99. I think the first quarter of 2000 beginning Oct 99 will be promising.
