What does this mean in layman's term, "The company has received receipts for the corporation's final prospectus
from the securities commissions in the provinces of British Columbia,
Ontario and Alberta. The final prospectus qualifies the distribution of 7.5
million common shares and 3.75 million warrants, issuable upon the exercise
of 7.5 million special warrants."
