The Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE) has signed a new agreement with
Star Data Systems Inc. (STY/TSE). Star Data will be providing online,
real-time financial information systems to a number of the VSE's
workstations.
The Vancouver Stock Exchange chose to continue its relationship with
Star Data after an extensive six-month evaluation period in which the VSE
assessed the qualifications of the major suppliers of online, real-time
financial information in Canada.
"We are very excited to receive this vote of confidence from one of our
key clients," said Star Data President and CEO Alan Hutton. "We are looking
forward to continuing a relationship of long standing, especially as we
introduce new products and services geared to the needs of Canada's
investment community."
The VSE selected Star Data as it best met its internal users' needs and
