Everyone can see the Dell Bell slides by clicking here: platform99.com It looks like Bell was showing the effect of "laplink" and not trying to show how Rambus compares to Sdram. However, it does seem pretty natural to compare the results of the two slides. Doug McLeod from this thread was there and says that Bell said the Rambus system has a 100 MHz FSB. (Although I would expect that the Sdram system did too.)
