'Kiss Me Guido' Director to Helm 'Very Mean Men'; First Miracle Group and
Baio/White Productions Snag Tony Vitale to Direct Black Comedy

Business/Entertainment Editors

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 1999--First Miracle Group
Inc. (OTC BB:MVEE) and Baio/White Productions have enlisted Tony
Vitale, director of the independent hit comedy "Kiss Me Guido," to
helm "Very Mean Men," it was announced Tuesday by Tony Cataldo, chief
executive officer of First Miracle.
The movie, from a script by L.A. playwright Paul T. Murray, will
concern a bartender who weaves an outrageous tale about two notorious
crime families who engage in a bizarre turf war over someone stiffing
a waitress of her tip. The film is scheduled to commence principal
photography on Oct. 23, 1999.
"We're extremely excited to have Tony Vitale on board," said
Cataldo. "His first film, 'Kiss Me Guido,' is hilarious and touching,
and we're expecting him to bring the same comic sensibility to our
project."
Ever since the success of Sundance Film Festival favorite, "Kiss
Me Guido," the industry has been anxiously awaiting Vitale's next
effort. In addition to "Very Mean Men," Vitale is developing "Man From
Elysian Fields" for producers Donald Zuckerman and Andrew Pfeffer as
well as the pilot script "Kiss Me Guido" for Paramount's
Axelrod/Widdoes and CBS. Vitale is repped by manager Steven Greener of
Elephant Walk and lawyer Don Steele of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller and
Hoberman.
"Very Mean Men" will be produced by Steve Baio, Neil P. White and
David Dadon, and executive produced by Tony Cataldo. Baio and White,
who teamed in 1996, have collectively produced and co-produced six
feature films. One of their projects, the action-feature "The Hunted,"
currently is airing on DIRECTV and is being distributed
internationally by Showcase Entertainment.
First Miracle Group is an independent and diversified film
production and finance company with a unique corporate structure based
on strategic and exclusive alliances with high-quality content
producers. First Miracle Group is a publicly traded company.
