Ron, you have a point. However,Ken told me that current Managment did NOT sell any stocks. Also he told, that the extension is until the 15-APR-1997. When I asked him "Why" ? He told me: "Simply because our Auditing has got scheduled too late." And then he mentioned something, like: "... this has nothing to do with our performance or other related issues, it's just a matter of planning ..."
I agree, that the "small investor" might be confused. BUT MY POINT IS the Number of LARGE Blocks getting increased ! I do NOT have 10,000 shares in ONPT.
But there are people, who are buying. Why ? I just have the "very naiv" assumption, that if you risk to buy 10,000 shrs of a certain stocks - you might know WHY are you doing this. THIS IS SIMPLY a too big amount of money to risk it in a NO-NAME "penny" stock, like ONPT ?

Any idea of anybody about the above ?
