Strong retail sales report is bad for interest rate jitters but great for CHS. Chart pattern is a classic reverse head and shoulders. Increasing volume with little overhead selling should see 3.25 easily.. a stall, then up to test 4. For those with a math degree that'll be a 30% gain, even more from recent lows. That's like INTEL running up 26 points! I say that in case an internet frenzzied investor should stumble on this stock and get curious :)
