On the contrary, its new OIA Seminars in Australia and New Zealand are sold out and it's about to spin off a portion of Asia4sale for some $20 Millions. As a result, it's quite possible that my predicted EPS of 32 cents for 1999 will prove to be closer to 50 cents, bearing in mind I am a biased and still optimistic Long... I have communicated with the IR Firm recently about the filing of the 800 pages+ 10SB. It confirmed that it should become public early this week, after being delayed for a while.... Regards, F.
