SARASOTA, Fla., Sep 14, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- DRG Inc., d/b/a
Diversified Resources Group Inc., (Nasdaq OTC BB:DRGI), a Sarasota,
Fla. based company, announced today that it has finalized an Agreement
with D.H.A. Corp. to be the Company's first mobile distributor for the
direct sale of replacement battery packs within the West Palm Beach to
Miami, Fla. marketplace.
Under the Performance Based Exclusive Agreement, D.H.A. Corp. will
purchase replacement battery packs from Cordless Power Corporation, and
deliver the packs on a daily/weekly basis directly to their retail
outlets in the South Florida sales territory.
Cordless Power Corp.'s mobile battery pack outlet provides distributors
the ability to deliver products and accessories to the cellular
telecommunications and cordless power tool/construction industries at a
level of convenience previously not available.
The Company's mobile outlet also allows the distributor the ability to
promote and sell the Cordless Power line of products at public
functions such as state and county fairs, motorsports events, flea
markets and other special events where there are typically a large
number of attendees using cellular telephones and other cordless power
devices.

Each battery pack sold through the Company's mobile outlet features the
patent pending impedance matching technology which enables our battery
packs to last 30% longer than other battery packs available in the

with proof of purchase.
