Very true. Wishes and hopes never made a stock move. While we can guess and try to predict direction and extent of move, we can only let the stock play out its path due to the 1000s of independent decisions made by others. The best we have is a historical perspective of what may occur. We require a emergency get-out, that says the decisions have made this one a bad trade when this happens and it will.
