Thanks for your response, Agora, and please be assured that no accusation to the contrary was
intended. It must be frustrating not to be able to prove beyond any doubt that you do NOT have
access to inside information, but I have great faith in your integrity, so if you say it, I accept it. This
makes me happy in another way, also, since it verifies that we are all equally uninformed as to
SYD's real intentions, and thus free to speculate as we wish. And in my case also, I have no access to
inside information and my posts regarding the possibility of an IPO for Sideware Corp. are just that
-- Speculation.
I am COMPLETELY in agreement with you that Jay Nussbaum must have higher ambitions with
regard to SYD than to sit on the BOD of a VSE penny stock!!
It will be interesting to see what unfolds. "And so she drifts," as Scotted is fond of saying, although I
don't think we're just drifting!! I think we're on a skillfully charted course, but I can hardly wait to
find out where the heck it's taking us!!

P.S. I'm very eager to see your new moderated discussion boards -- I don't think anything can top
the StockHouse crew for discussion of SYD, but it will be nice to have more frequent input from
Agora as moderator. I'm much more interested in seeing what I can learn about the other stocks
