JQP; re: K2 Energy & MEXP - Blackfeet Resv. Triangle Zone...

There is a K2 Energy thread here on SI:

techstocks.com

Yahoo Chart & Quote and news link:

finance.yahoo.com

Web Site Link for K2 Energy:

k2energy.com

.... I'd recommend going back to post #1 and reading the entire K2 thread here on SI; many of these guys have been there from the beginning - go to the links & read the commentary on the potential of this play; and the "coup" aspect of getting the Blackfeet Indian Tribe to approve exploration on their reservation in the first place. This is no smoke & mirror play... do the "DD".

Presently; I prefer to play the MEXP side of this; as I view Blackfeet as the "icing on the cake" and MEXP is much more diversified and has much higher liquidity and capitalization - but; I also do not underestimate what this can be potentially. I am looking into K2 as a very small percentage of my MEXP holding, but being totally Blackfeet leveraged. Doing the "DD" now and looking at the tape action of late. They also had their dilution situation recently.

PS; not too long to Oct. 15th.... BOM news for MEXP; I don't think that K2 will move much untill MEXP announces that they have their 1/2 of the funds to proceed on Blackfeet as well.

Many think that due to K2's financial situation; and their necessity to pursue dilutive financing to continue raising cash for drilling; that upon expansion of Miller's new line; that Miller will buy a higher working interest from K2... in exchange for more rapid development. - really a win-win for K2.If MEXP does that; I instantly buy more MEXP - as Blackfeet becomes much more than the mere "icing" on the cake...
