Lee, RE: Yep, looks like higher rates might affect those with long term debt more than some of the Naz quality stocks! Higher rates affect more than a company's debt. Higher PE stocks like DELL and other tech stocks are (rightfully) discounting outstanding earnings growth in the future. Higher rates mean that these higher future earnings are worth less relatively today. That is why higher rates are a legitimate negative issue for DELL.
