To answer your post (which wasn't the point that Nate (wasn't it?) started, which was the idea that both free will and omniscience can exist simultaneously), we have been warned, given the ten commandments and various parables to illustrate the virtues we should live by. From there it's our own free will. And how do you know you aren't given subtle hints throughout life? I'm not trying to dismiss evolution, either, just raising an argument from the other side. And getting people to think. If you just blindly follow a theory 'cause some scientists say so, aren't you following the same train of thought that religious followers are accused of? Just blindly following discoveries someone else has found? At least everyone here has had to defend their position and been exposed to the opinion from the other side.
Far better than a post where everyone agrees and there's nothing to say, don't you think?
