Gdichaz: Regarding Q contracting with contract manufacturer to produce handsets, some friends of mine who live here in San Diego and work at the Q first mentioned to me about 4-5 weeks ago that the company was very interested in having an outside contractor take over the handset production with Q continuing to design and develop innovative handsets. These friends know that I have owned Q since the IPO and am very heavily weighted in it in my portfolio. While they have been good sources of information in the past, I didn't post their insights since there was no substantiation or further details. With the Q announcement this morning, I am putting further weight on their insights, and suspect that this is the direction Dr. Jacobs et al. will take the company. Personally, I concur with your analysis and prefer this approach to an outright sale of the handset division. Time will tell; certainly by this time tomorrow! I continue to be happy with Q's fundamentals and solid management. Enjoy the rollercoaster. BriHack
