Don't give up hope. Friday isn't far. I can't imagine when the first round of evidence is presented how in the world the conflicted directors are going to prevent a permanent restraining order. In My Humble Opinion, there is no question that documents and testimony will put them in an indefensible position. These guys are risking their personal assets and the assets of the companies that they are directors on. Unless they sent their brains on holiday, they will not be so stupid....er, let rephrase that.... Also, I would guess as the heat is turned up by the Partners, more folks will be brought into the suit. Lew
