Frank,

Yes, Freegold has held up very well during the recent meltdown.
Frankly, I consider that to be because ITF has not experienced an uptick yet this year, and was therefore not much of a selling target. The worst that has befallen is a disappearance of liquidity.

Newswise, we will have metallurgical results from the Almaden Project in hand this month, and I predict an increase in recovery rates which will further enhance the economic viability of the deposit.

We are currently working on the drilling plans for Alaska this summer, and I think it's likely we will begin with diamond drilling for high grade intercepts on Cleary Hill. Full details of the program will be announced in May.

As far as the financing goes, I do expect it to be closed by April 10. As to participants...we'll be sure to let everyone know if significant players join us.

I will definitely be in attendance at the Toronto show April 17 & 18. See you there.
