If 1MB Xeon 500s are on sale for about $2000, and 2MB version for $3400, I wonder what AMD will charge for their Athlon Ultras, especially if they have the ability to pump out the 700MHz variety.

Of course, OEMs have to use these Ultras otherwise it will be worth Ultra didly-squat to AMD.
