However the voucher system seems to avoid the issue which is poor schools in general. Some kids will escape the poor schools by going to a private institution but what about the kids that are left behind. I think I would oppose a voucher system primarily because it helps only some kids and does not address the problem of poor schools in general. I would rather see the existing schools upgraded to give a better education to all. I do not know how to accomplish all that because I am not a educator but I think the voucher system to any private school is not the answer for all the students. Erase Hate, Dennis
