The question remains: Was the action illegal? Who was responsible for it? Does SI report such events to the SEC? Should SI report such events to the SEC? Certainly this was not your usual spamming. Does SI have any recourse other than suspension to deal with such cases to discourage them from happening in the future? Cisco
