I don't spin the news, I just cut and paste whatever relevant articles I come across in my normal routine of newspaper reading. I didn't find the Post article particularly encouraging either.

On the other hand, at the Office of Personnel Management's big conference on "strategic compensation" last week, there was a lot of chatter about what to do with the swelling hoards of COBOL programmers, so somebody must be done with their remediation.

RE the question I asked you about foreign brokerages last week, do you know of any reason that particular piece of bad news is dangerous to ADRs? I really can't think of any direct affect. Since my second largest holding is Nokia, if there is an issue about ADR's, I'd sure appreciate a heads-up.
