Volume is picking up a bit which I think is a good sign, but since the stock is still in a range, I would look to see heavier volume (and a breakout) before I would read a bunch into it. Right now it's just something to keep an eye on, IMO.

CNBC had an analyst on the other day that said that penny stocks on average move only 45 days out of the year.
