Talked with Roger Asquith
Called 1-888-594-7723 and a receptionist put me through to him. This is my second time
trying to contact the company, as I am tired of all the bull that has been posted lately.
The first time was Friday, and Jim French never returned my call. Let me say in advance,
that anything in quotes were HIS EXACT WORDS, as I wrote them down while talking to
him. He stated he was in the middle of a meeting, but did talk with me for a few minutes.
Q: How many shares of GAAY are there?
A: "I don't know at the moment, but we have called some in", referring to the float
Q: When is the next PR coming out?
A: He stated he hoped to have it out very soon, and when asked to be more specific he
stated hopefully sometime this week. He did not state today or tomorrow for sure.
Q: Who ownes bingo and auction TV?
A: "We have an equity share with QBID"
Q: How is this share divided?
A: "I don't know, I'm just the messenger"
Q: Is the merger with QBID going to take place?
A: "We are working on this right now"
Q: So can you tell me that the merger is definately going to happen?
A: "Oh yes, definately" He seemed somewhat suprised by the question when I asked him
Q: What will the ratio be GAAY:QBID
A: "God knows, I don't know that either"
He did invite me to email him with any more questions, and stated he had to get back to
his meeting. For those that doubt me, call him yourself so he can verify this.
I forgot to ask if Bingo was still on schedule, we ran out of time. Hope this helps with
this whole mess.
