Stayhealthy.com Adds Features and New Look to Web Site

SIERRA MADRE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 1999--Launched over four
years ago, the Stayhealthy web site at stayhealthy.com(TM)
announces a new look, promising easier navigation within the site, faster
download times and enhanced features.

For example, the Company has reintroduced a feature that has been utilized
and enjoyed by visitors to the site - a free, personalized search service
that allows visitors to request via e-mail a search on any health-related
topic. Stayhealthy.com's experts will search for relevant web sites and
provide a list of these sites within 72 hours. Web novices and those who
are too busy or too unfamiliar with web searching have taken advantage of
this service. The Company has now hired additional staff to provide this
service, known as "HealthSearch."

Other additions to the site include:

Free E-mail. Users can sign on and access their Stayhealthy e-mail account
from anywhere they have access to the Internet.

Free Health Offers. By exchanging some brief details about themselves and
their recent purchasing habits (such as their reasons for purchasing a
particular product), visitors can receive free samples, coupons,
literature or services provided by health product vendors. This program
was very successful in 1998 with thousands of samples and coupons given
away for Excedrin(R) and Zantac(R) 75. The information collected is shared
with the participating vendors, providing them with valuable market
research information.

Daily and weekly news. "Healthline News" is a new feature which provides
the latest news from the health industry, helping consumer/patients to
remain up to date with the latest discoveries and events.

These features have been added to the already popular content on the site
which includes the patient-friendly Drug Information Database (with pill
photos) and Health Centers which link users with thousands of pre-screened
and rated health web sites.

Ron Green, president of Stayhealthy.com commented: "Today's web visitors
demand considerably more from web sites than in the early days of the
Internet. It is important to offer up-to-date, relevant content that must
be delivered quickly and in a user-friendly
format. Stayhealthy.com continues to offer visitors an excellent service
in their quest for health advice, information, products and services.
Stayhealthy.com also has maintained a high level of objectivity in the
selection of the content offered on the site at a time when other sites
have been criticized for conflicts of interest. Our visitors recognize
that objectivity as a valid reason for selecting Stayhealthy.com as their
main health portal."

StayHealthy.com provides health and wellness support and information
through a variety of programs including a burgeoning web site, physician
practice initiatives and direct-to-consumer home monitoring programs.
